LOCATION:
Crowne Plaza San Diego - Mission Valley

MORNING SESSIONS:
Excellence Hours are offered during the Practitioner training mornings for ‘brushing up’. Participants will enjoy the opportunity to cover the NLP basics, often from a different perspective, while also experiencing the additional exercises offered during these sessions. These sessions are helpful and have been very popular. 
ASSIGNMENTS:
In addition to completing the required Practitioner Certification Test, some evening assignments are made, especially during the first half of the training. Many evenings you will have free time.  
BREAKS:
Short breaks will be taken throughout the day. The time and length of the lunch break will be given on the first day of training. 
EVENT LOGISTICS
ATTIRE:
Dress comfortably and casually. We recommend you bring a sweater or sweatshirt and dress in layers in case you find the training room temperature cooler or warmer than you prefer. The room temperature will be set to the Trainers requirements. You may want to dress-up for Graduation pictures on Day 5.
DINING:
We encourage you to bring (or buy) light snacks for the training days. 

You'll have a lunch break on day one.  


PARKING:
Limited parking is available onsite, and additional lots next door to accommodate attendees.  A Recalibrate360 staff member will be directing parking as you pull up to the venue the morning of the event on Day 1!

#1 Jumpstart Coaching Intro Call
Check your email for a link to book your 1-on-1 Jumpstart Coaching Intro call.  You will learn more about your goals for the event and give you a personal walk-through, so you’re ready to dive completely into the material right away!

**note: Each training will be approximately 90 mins. Trainings will be recorded, replay posted within 24 hrs.  You will receive your log-in to the replay Members site after Training #1

The 58 Question Practitioner Certification Test will be due at the training.  Be sure your Test is completed in its entirety. It is an ‘Open Book’ test. The test is designed around the content covered in your Pre-Study material so that you can easily answer the test questions as your going through the audio. Consider the test as study guide, as well as a way to evaluate your progress and measure your knowledge. Your test must be handed in by 1:00PM on the start of Day 5.

We will also have a dedicated morning session where coaching assistants will aid you in answering test questions you need assistance with.

Note: Failure to turn in your completed test by the deadline will result in a delay in your certification. 
#2 NLP Practitioner Pre-study Audio (Required)

The Practitioner Certification Test is required to received your certifications.

Your test must be handed in at the start of Day 4. Be sure your Test is completed in its entirety. 

It is an ‘Open Book’ test. The test is designed around the content covered in your Pre-Study material so that you can easily answer the test questions as your going through the audio. Consider the test as study guide, as well as a way to evaluate your progress and measure your knowledge.

#3 NLP Practitioner Manual
You must bring your Practitioner Manual to the training, you will utilize this during training and certification exercises every day.   

Each attendee is required to have an individual manual at the training (you can not share a manual). Therefore, manuals will be available for purchase at registration at a discounted price of $250.  

If you've prepaid for your manual (included in your package) and have not yet received it, your manual has been reserved and will be available for pick-up at registration.

Certification Details
Certification as a Practitioner of NLP is an option available to you. Our intent is to have everyone certified who chooses to take advantage of this opportunity, and we will provide you with the support to qualify for certification. Your certification as a Practitioner will be based upon your understanding and ability to demonstrate the skills and techniques covered in these courses respectively. If you require further study or practice during or at the end of either of the trainings, you may be asked to complete certain tasks or projects before you are certified. Certification is not an automatic process. 

The 5 Day NLP Practitioner Training must be paid in full for you to receive certification. If you have have an outstanding balance, and you're not on a payment plan, please contact us to finalize your payment at info@recalibrate360.com

In addition, successful completion of the material qualifies you to receive completion certificates in Time Line Therapy™ techniques, and NLP Coaching. 

Certification requirements are as follows: 

Successful completion of the Time Line Therapy® Practitioner Certification Training segment of the Training. 

NOTE: Certification in Time Line Therapy™ techniques is granted by the Time Line Therapy™ Association. Certification requires application to the TLTA and payment of a membership fee along with providing a copy of your Practitioner Certificate. Membership is required and certification is renewed annually. TLTA reserves the right to require continuing education for renewal as deemed necessary. 

Successful completion of the NLP Coaching Certification segment of the Training. 

NOTE: Certification as a NLP Coach is granted through The American Board of NLP. Membership is required and renewed annually. Certification fees apply. 


Successful completion of the Hypnotherapy Certification segment of the Training. 

NOTE: Certification as a Hypnotherapist is granted through The American Board of Hypnotherapy. Membership is required and renewed annually. Certification fees apply.

After you've read this page in its entirety, if you have any questions know that most of your questions will be answered fully during the training. 

When you arrive at the training, you should have a basic understanding about basic NLP terminology and techniques (i.e. Rapport, Calibration, Sub-modalities, anchoring, etc) You are not expected to be fully versed in these techniques, however, you should be familiar with them and have a basic understanding of the concepts surrounding them.
